At tonies®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel and accessories. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
